Starter Snapshot
The Starter Snapshot is a one-time, customer-specific analysis service priced at $79. After payment and an eligible non-identifying aggregate pass review, RelayQuote provides one PDF containing one mature-cohort baseline, one observable constraint, and one standardized 30-day experiment plan within two business days.
The Starter does not include segment or value-band diagnosis, three prioritized experiments, customer-message writing, an analyst call, managed QA, or a handoff. It does not guarantee eligibility for the managed diagnostic, reserve capacity, or create a subscription.
Managed diagnostic eligibility and service
The founding service is one 90-day HVAC Quote Conversion Diagnostic for a qualified U.S. residential HVAC company using Jobber as its quote system of record. Qualification requires at least 30 comparable replacement quotes, at least eight interpretable outcomes, and the ability to prepare a privacy-safe CSV locally.
The diagnostic includes a quote-state funnel, viewed-state and aging analysis, timing and value-band analysis where sample sizes permit, data-quality findings, three measurable 30-day experiments, a measurement plan, and one written or audio-only handoff.
Fees, payment, and Starter credit
The Starter fee is $79 and the managed diagnostic fee is $500. The buyer accepts written terms before receiving a private Stripe payment link. Payment is due before analysis begins. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or public self-checkout.
After RelayQuote delivers the paid Starter, the same business may qualify independently and accept the separate managed scope within 30 calendar days after the Starter payment. RelayQuote then applies one $79 credit to the $500 managed fee. The remaining balance is $421. The credit is nontransferable, single-use, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with another discount. A refunded, disputed, or charged-back Starter payment creates no credit. No automatic charge occurs.
Delivery timing
Starter delivery is due within two business days and managed delivery within five business days after the applicable payment clears, the versioned aggregate package passes privacy and eligibility review, and required non-sensitive clarification is complete. Client delays extend the delivery date by the same number of business days.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, de-identified information and confirm authority to request the service.
- Prepare the selected-column Jobber export locally and process it in the browser-only calculator.
- Remove customer identity, contacts, addresses, payment data, financing data, original quote numbers, identifiable employee names, titles, line items, and notes.
- Send RelayQuote only the calculator's non-identifying aggregate JSON.
- Confirm the meaning of categories and review every experiment before use.
- Retain responsibility for pricing, technical, legal, financial, warranty, customer, and operating decisions.
RelayQuote responsibilities
- Not request or access CRM credentials, homeowner communications, or client source files.
- Not submit source material or row-level quote records to an AI provider.
- Use deterministic calculations for every reported number and disclose material limitations.
- Provide all agreed deliverables or apply the refund condition below.
Excluded advice and no outcome guarantee
RelayQuote does not provide HVAC engineering, load calculations, equipment selection, legal or tax advice, financing advice, rebate eligibility, warranty interpretation, price benchmarking, credit decisions, customer outreach, or a Jobber integration. Patterns do not establish causation. RelayQuote does not guarantee approvals, jobs, revenue, profit, customer responses, or any other commercial outcome.
Acceptance and corrections
The diagnostic is complete when the listed deliverables are provided. The client must identify a missing agreed deliverable within five business days. Correction of an omitted agreed deliverable is included; new analysis or changed scope is not.
Refund
If RelayQuote cannot provide the agreed Starter deliverable after complete eligible inputs are available, RelayQuote will refund the $79 Starter fee through the original Stripe transaction. If RelayQuote cannot provide an agreed direct Managed Diagnostic after complete eligible inputs are available, RelayQuote will refund the $500 fee through the original Stripe transaction. If RelayQuote accepts an eligible upgrade and then cannot provide the agreed managed deliverables after complete eligible inputs are available, RelayQuote will refund the full $500 paid across the $79 and $421 transactions. If eligible input is still unavailable 30 calendar days after payment, RelayQuote will refund the applicable payment and close the order unless a specific written extension was agreed before that date. Dissatisfaction with business outcomes or failure to qualify for an upgrade is not itself a refund trigger because no outcome or managed eligibility is guaranteed.
Confidentiality and permitted use
RelayQuote uses permitted client information only to provide and administer the diagnostic. Client-specific findings will not be published, used as a case study, testimonial, or pooled benchmark without separate written permission. The client may use the delivered diagnostic internally but may not represent RelayQuote as a Jobber partner or the diagnostic as professional engineering, legal, tax, or financial advice.
