Ordinary correspondence
When you email RelayQuote, we receive the business information and message content you choose to send. We use it to answer the inquiry, qualify fit, provide a Starter Snapshot or managed diagnostic, maintain suppression records, and keep ordinary business records. Do not send homeowner information, CRM exports, credentials, quote files, or payment information by email.
Browser-only calculator
The RelayQuote calculator processes a prepared CSV in your browser memory. Selecting and processing the file does not upload it to RelayQuote. The calculator uses no analytics, cookies, advertising pixels, external scripts, service workers, local storage, session storage, or IndexedDB.
You decide whether to send RelayQuote the generated aggregate JSON. The permitted aggregate contains counts, values, rates, medians, band boundaries, suppressed-group counts, predefined data-quality counts, and boolean attestations. It must not contain source rows, quote IDs, company identity, homeowner information, file names, local paths, or device identifiers.
Starter Snapshot
The $79 Starter Snapshot uses only the calculator's approved non-identifying aggregate. RelayQuote uses that aggregate to prepare one customer-specific PDF containing a baseline, one observable constraint, and one experiment plan. RelayQuote does not request the prepared CSV, completed Jobber export, screenshots, or source rows.
Information not requested
- CRM passwords, credentials, access links, or session material
- Homeowner names, email addresses, phone numbers, or service addresses
- Payment-card, financing, credit, or banking information
- Quote PDFs, screenshots, titles, line items, or free-form notes
- Original Jobber quote numbers or identifiable employee names in calculator output
Payments
Qualified buyers receive a private Stripe payment link after written Starter terms or managed scope acceptance. Stripe, not RelayQuote, processes card and banking information under Stripe's own privacy practices. RelayQuote retains ordinary transaction records such as amount, date, status, receipt reference, credit status, and refund status.
Retention and disclosure
RelayQuote retains correspondence, scope acceptance, payment records, aggregate findings, deliverables, acceptance status, suppression records, and legally required business records. Under RelayQuote's permanent no-delete control, these permitted records may be retained indefinitely. Access is limited to the business purpose and security or legal oversight.
If prohibited information is sent unexpectedly, RelayQuote stops processing, restricts access, does not copy or use it, and follows its incident process. RelayQuote does not claim that the item was deleted. Do not send source quote data or homeowner information.
RelayQuote does not sell prospect or client information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to operate the requested payment or email service, or to protect legal rights. Client-specific findings are not published or pooled into a benchmark without separate written permission.
AI boundary
RelayQuote does not submit client source files or row-level quote material to an AI provider. AI may assist with narrative drafting only from a non-identifying aggregate package after deterministic calculations are complete.
Commercial email and choices
You may opt out of commercial email by replying with “unsubscribe” or another clear request. RelayQuote records the business address on a suppression list and stops commercial follow-up. Transactional messages needed to complete an active request or service may still be sent.
